Taekwondo Fight

Taekwondo Fight Échirollois is a martial arts association based in Échirolles, near Grenoble, France. Founded in 2010 by Gilbert Ziouane, a state-qualified instructor with black-belt ranks in Taekwondo, Hapkido and contact karate, the club welcomes beginners and experienced practitioners of all ages. Its mixed classes are designed to help each person progress at their own pace, with an emphasis on respect, humility, courtesy, integrity, perseverance and self-control.

The club teaches Taekwondo, a Korean martial art combining hand and foot techniques, through age-specific classes for children aged 6–8 and 9–12, as well as sessions for teenagers and adults. Training supports coordination, concentration, confidence, fitness and flexibility. Competition opportunities allow students to test their skills in a regulated setting. The club also offers Hapkido, a Korean martial art focused on self-defence and control techniques, and lists stages and competitions among its activities. Training takes place on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at its Échirolles location. Beginners are welcome.
