Taekwondo Lüdenscheid

Taekwondo Lüdenscheid is a martial arts club offering training in Taekwondo and kickboxing for children, teenagers, adults, and older participants. Its groups accommodate different ages and ability levels, welcoming beginners as well as athletes interested in developing their skills. Training ranges from recreational fitness and sport to competitive preparation and tournament participation. The club also offers a simplified self-defence course.

Sessions take place at the sports hall of Ida-Gerhardi-Schule in Lüdenscheid, which has padded mats to support comfortable training and help prevent injuries. The club’s experienced coaching team includes instructors with recognised qualifications, Taekwondo dan grades, and expertise in officiating and examinations. Coaches regularly undertake further training, and the club supports members through grading exams, competition guidance, and practical information on equipment, hygiene, and training requirements.

Members can join the Bambini group from age four. The club also shares training schedules, membership information, and resources for athletes and families. In addition to local training, it organises the Arnsberg Open tournament, providing event information, court livestreams, and competition results.
