TAFEP, the Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices, is a leading agency committed to promoting fair, responsible, and progressive employment practices in Singapore. Established in 2006 by the tripartite partners, TAFEP works alongside the Ministry of Manpower, National Trades Union Congress, and Singapore National Employers Federation to ensure that employees are respected, valued, and able to reach their full potential within their workplaces. As part of Tripartite Alliance Limited (TAL), TAFEP offers various resources, tools, and materials to help employers implement fair and progressive practices in their organizations.

With a focus on creating inclusive and diverse workplaces, TAFEP assists employers in building environments where employees can thrive, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Not only does TAFEP support employers, but it also provides advice and assistance to employees or individuals who face workplace discrimination or harassment.
