TAHAN Outdoor

TAHAN is a Malaysian outdoor brand founded by two campers who wanted gear designed for the country’s tropical conditions. For nine years, the company has developed and field-tested camping and hiking products for heat, humidity, heavy rain and muddy terrain. TAHAN reports serving more than 100,000 customers and selling over 500,000 units. Before receiving the TAHAN name, products undergo at least three to five rounds of testing in Malaysian outdoor conditions, with designs refined for practical packing, easier carrying and dependable use.

Its range covers tents and shelters, sleeping gear, camp kitchen equipment and stoves, furniture, lighting, electronics, hiking and travel products, and outdoor accessories. Examples include family tents, self-inflating mattresses, camping wagons, lanterns, coolers, cookware, water containers, hiking water bladders and knee guards. TAHAN also provides free trip-planning resources, including a campsite finder featuring more than 500 Malaysian sites, a mountain permit checker, and campsite guides and reviews. The brand’s focus is to help campers prepare for local conditions with thoughtfully designed, versatile outdoor gear.
