Together Alive Health Initiative (TAHI) is a distinguished youth-led, non-profit organization committed to enhancing the sexual and reproductive health and rights of young people in Uganda, particularly focusing on girls. Established in 2014, TAHI's mission is to promote gender equality, decrease teenage pregnancies and child marriage, and empower youth to make informed choices regarding their sexual health. The organization effectively employs evidence-based programming and advocacy efforts to bridge the gap between young people’s needs and available resources.

TAHI provides a comprehensive range of services, including educational programs aimed at improving menstrual health, access to family planning services, and training for healthcare providers to deliver youth-friendly reproductive health services.
