Tähtilapset

Tähtilapset is an Espoo-based wellbeing and personal-growth business supporting women and mothers as they navigate stress, change and the emotional challenges of everyday life. Founded by Tanja, an art therapy instructor, therapeutic emotional coach and educator, it offers gentle, creative ways to strengthen self-awareness, inner wisdom and personal resilience.

Services include “Take a Breather” creative workshops, where participants explore artistic methods without performance pressure; individual therapeutic emotional coaching to recognize and reshape subconscious feelings and beliefs; and the “Create a New Life” course for people seeking fresh insights and resources during periods of change. Women can also join Heart Dance workshops, using accessible movement and music to release stress and restore energy. For mothers, “Heart Power in Motherhood” offers support through the complex emotions of parenting, while mother-and-baby Heart Dance creates a nurturing opportunity to relax, feel present and deepen connection with a baby.

Tähtilapset also provides creative team wellbeing activities and shares guidance through its newsletter and blog.
