Tai Chi 72

Tai Chi 72 is an association and teaching school based in Le Mans, in the Sarthe region of France, dedicated to Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong. Its aim is to help students cultivate well-being and vitality through practices that connect movement, breathing and mindful attention. The school offers weekly Tai Chi Chuan classes in Le Mans for people of all ages and experience levels, with instruction designed to support steady, individual progress in a friendly group setting.

Students can also join live online Qi Gong classes taught by Thierry, as well as attend workshops and stages in the Sarthe to explore and deepen their practice. Tai Chi sessions introduce the slow, flowing movements of the traditional Chinese art, while Qi Gong combines gentle movements, postures, breathing exercises and concentration. The school presents both disciplines as accessible ways to develop flexibility, balance and coordination, ease tension, and foster calm and focus.

Beginners are welcome, and the association offers two free trial classes so prospective students can experience its teaching
