Tai Chi im Pott is a Tai Chi teaching and practice community in Oberhausen, Germany, led by Iwona and Andreas. The instructors present Tai Chi as a martial art, a way of personal discovery, a relaxation practice and a form of health support. Their approach, called “Tai Chi Spielen,” draws on Daoist ideas and combines them with biomechanical, psychological and communication principles.
