Taichisimplicity

TaiChi Simplicity is a Tai Chi and Qigong instruction service based in Orpington, serving neighbouring areas. Led by Nicky Fawcitt, a fully qualified and registered instructor, the practice offers gentle, graceful martial arts movements and meditative exercises that incorporate breathing. Its teaching is designed for a broad range of participants, with a particular focus on people with learning disabilities and autism, helping make these arts more accessible.

Services include outdoor group class sessions and instruction that guides participants through movements step by step. Tai Chi Simplicity presents its approach as patient, clear and encouraging, supporting people as they learn at a comfortable pace. Alongside Tai Chi, Qigong provides a focus on meditative movement and breathing.

The service aims to bridge barriers to learning new arts through instruction tailored to its participants. Testimonials describe enjoyable classes and an instructor who explains movements clearly and patiently. TaiChi Simplicity can be contacted by phone or email to learn more about classes and services
