TAICHI TANG

TAICHI TANG is a French association loi 1901 offering Taichichuan and Qi Gong classes in Clamart, Meudon and Issy-les-Moulineaux. Its classes introduce students to the 24-movement Taichichuan form and the longer 108-movement form, while Qi Gong provides complementary exercises focused on working with energy. Alongside learning and repeating movement sequences, participants practise breathing, quieting the mind, focusing attention and developing mobility for everyday life.

Classes are open to all ages and experience levels, with each person encouraged to practise at a pace suited to their abilities. Prospective students can attend a free trial class, and registration is available throughout the year.
