Taiji mit Herbert is a Taijiquan school in Leipzig offering instruction in this traditional Chinese movement and martial art. Originally developed as a form of self-defense, Taijiquan is now also practiced as meditation in motion and as an exercise to support the restoration or maintenance of health.
