Taiji Würzburg

Taiji Würzburg offers classes, workshops and retreats focused on Taiji, QiGong, Chan meditation, mindful movement and balance. Led by Christian Heptner, the practice invites participants to explore body awareness, inner calm, flexibility and the principles of Yin and Yang through gentle, flowing movement and attentive practice. Its offerings include courses in Würzburg and at Freiraum, online classes, individual sessions and consultations, introductory workshops, seminars, travel experiences, and longer-term training and education.

Participants can explore Taiji forms, including the Yang-style long form and sword form, partner work, QiGong exercises such as the Eight Brocades, and Chan meditation. Workshops introduce mindfulness and movement and are available to beginners; many activities are described as suitable for people of different ages. Taiji Würzburg also offers health-prevention services for businesses.

Classes and events provide opportunities to practise, deepen experience and discover the inner arts in a supportive setting. The organisation is based in Margetshöchheim and also holds outdoor Taiji practice sessions in Würzburg’s Ringpark
