Taiji pod lupou

Taiji pod lupou® is a traditional school of Yang-style Taiji (Tai chi) serving students in Prague, particularly Prague 4, and Pelhřimov. Led by MgA. Vlasta Pechová, the school emphasizes small-group teaching, individual attention and an intimate learning atmosphere. Its courses welcome beginners as well as more experienced practitioners, with options including semester-based instruction, open classes, Sunday Taiji sessions, thematic courses, shared practice and individual lessons.

Teaching explores Taiji principles and foundations, movement sequences, internal movement techniques such as “silk reeling,” and martial applications. Special one-day gatherings bring different experience levels together to study selected themes in greater depth, while seminars may feature visiting teachers. The school also supports practice beyond in-person classes through an online Studovna, instructional videos and supplementary study materials, including some free video content.
