Tainai Ski Resort is a ski and snowboard destination in Tainai City, Niigata Prefecture, offering a welcoming winter experience for visitors of different ages and skill levels. The resort provides lift tickets, equipment rentals, season passes, ski lessons, events and visitor facilities. Lifts generally operate from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with night skiing on selected evenings, subject to conditions. Guests can use free parking for up to 2,500 vehicles and access a free rest area. Located about 20 minutes by car or taxi from JR Nakajo Station and around 25 minutes from Nakajo Interchange on the Nihonkai-Tohoku Expressway, Tainai Ski Resort offers convenient access for a day on the slopes.
