Taka Conseil is a bilingual relocation and property-finding business based in South-West France. Founded by French expert Leah Luenu and British expert Barbara Edmonds, the team supports English-speaking individuals and families who are moving to France, planning ahead, or managing practical matters from abroad. Its tailored approach combines local knowledge, international experience and a trusted network of independent professionals.

Taka Conseil’s services include property finding and purchase support, guiding clients from the initial search through to signing. The team also helps with French administrative processes, including residency, healthcare, driving licences and other paperwork. Online consultations offer advice and a personalized roadmap for people preparing to move, while succession-planning support helps clients understand French inheritance law and plan with greater confidence.

Clients can work with one point of contact for coordinated assistance, whether they need help with a home purchase, relocation arrangements or navigating French systems. Taka Conseil also shares practical relocation guidance through its blog and offers a free introductory call for prospective clients.
