About Talent Norge
Talent Norge is a brand that was initiated by the Norwegian Ministry of Culture and Equality in 2015. In partnership with independent philanthropic foundations, their goal is to develop world-class talent within the art field. They also strive to bring about structural changes that will create a better framework for artists pursuing professional careers.
Taking inspiration from the successful work done by Olympiatoppen in the sports industry, Talent Norge aims to help talented performers reach their full potential and build successful careers. They collaborate with foundations, trusts, and corporations to co-finance high-level talent programs. While Talent Norway does not provide direct financial support to individual talents, they actively support various talent programs across all cultural fields.
