About Talk with Santa
Talk with Santa offers children across the UK a personalised phone conversation with Santa, also known as Father Christmas. Parents provide their child’s first name, age and a few details, then Santa calls straight away or at a chosen time. He listens to wishes, answers questions and can mention a child’s helpful behaviour or offer a gentle reminder. The calls are designed to be kind and reassuring, with no threats or frightening messages, and Santa never promises presents.
The first call is free and lasts about two minutes. Paid calls cost £3.99 and include a recording; a free-call recording can be kept for £1. A Christmas Eve call from the sleigh costs £9.99, while a £14.99 Christmas pack combines monthly check-ins, flexible calls and a Christmas Eve call. The company also offers a pre-order Christmas Eve Box, with a magic key, a personalised letter, a Nice List certificate and reindeer food. Calls use an AI voice built to stay in character.
