Tall Tiny Speech Pathology

Tall & Tiny is a Melbourne-based speech pathology service supporting children, adults and families to strengthen communication and everyday skills. Based in Brunswick East, the practice provides personalised, evidence-based care for speech, language, feeding and swallowing needs across the lifespan. Its services include support for early language development, speech sound difficulties, social communication, autism, augmentative and alternative communication, and assessments. Adults can access therapy for communication and swallowing needs, including support following stroke or brain injury and for people managing neurodegenerative conditions.

Tall & Tiny describes its approach as neuroaffirming, inclusive and strength-based, recognising individual differences and treating communication as a fundamental right. Therapists work with clients and families to build confidence, independence and practical skills. Appointments are available in person at the clinic on weekdays, as well as through telehealth. The practice offers free consultations and accepts self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. Eligible clients may also be able to access Medicare or private health rebates, subject to applicable criteria.
