Tami Hege

Casita Staging by Tami Hege is a home-staging business serving Charlotte, North Carolina, helping homeowners prepare their properties for sale. Founded by passionate stager Tami Hege, the brand focuses on creating welcoming, polished spaces that help prospective buyers connect emotionally with a home and imagine themselves living there. Each project is tailored to the property’s strengths, with an eye toward clean, modern presentation and current buyer preferences.

Casita offers one-hour, in-home consultations that include a walkthrough and practical recommendations, from furniture arrangement to design updates. For homes that need focused attention, partial staging adds selected pieces such as artwork, rugs, furniture, and accessories, customized to the homeowner’s needs and budget. Full staging transforms vacant properties with furniture, decor, and accessories chosen to showcase their features and potential.

By highlighting a home’s best qualities and reducing distracting personal details, Casita aims to make properties feel move-in ready, appeal to more buyers, and ease the preparation process for sellers. Tami can also incorporate clients’ existing furnishings into a cohesive presentation.
