Tamkeen is a Jordanian non-governmental organization specializing in legal aid and human rights. Established in 2007, Tamkeen is an independent civil society organization that works in the fields of labor rights, migration, and combating human trafficking. The organization is guided by principles of equality, justice, and human rights as defined by international law.

Tamkeen adopts a human rights-based approach that empowers rights holders and stakeholders to influence duty bearers, aiming to achieve sustainable solutions that contribute to the promotion and protection of the human rights of Jordanian workers, migrants, refugees, and victims of human trafficking. Tamkeen's activities include supporting rights and labor movements, providing legal services and consultations, advocacy, training programs, research, awareness campaigns, and specialized initiatives that enhance human rights and improve legal services. With offices in Amman, Irbid, Mafraq, and Karak, Tamkeen operates across all governorates of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
