Welcome to the Tampa Bay Collard Green Festival, the best block party in Saint Petersburg, Florida! Join us on Saturday, Feb. 18, 2023, from 9 a. m.

Carter G Woodson African American Museum and the surrounding streets for a day of live music, a vibrant block party, and, of course, delicious food. Are you a collard green master? Enter our collard green cook-off for a chance to win prize money and bragging rights. We have categories for both meat and non-meat recipes, and festival goers will decide who takes home the coveted Festival Favorite title.

In addition to the cook-off, we have a wide variety of vendors, including merchandise, farmers market stalls, wellness and informational spaces, food trucks, and beer and wine stands. There's something for everyone to enjoy! For those hungry for more, we also offer the 'Collards After Dark' experience, featuring a captivating dialogue between Dr. Ladonna Butler and Dr.

Martha Bireda, accompanied by a southern meal in a primitive family campground. Support the festival by donating, becoming a vendor, or buying a festival t-shirt. We are grateful to our 2023 sponsors for their community support.
