Tampereen Vanhemmat ry is a local parental association founded in the summer of 2018, focusing on cross-border school and daycare cooperation. Our main goal is to advocate for the well-being of children and youth through municipal influence and to enhance collaboration among parental associations in the municipality. We serve as a platform for parents and parental associations to connect and have a voice in decision-making processes.

We welcome you to join our activities and explore various ways to participate, such as engaging in communication efforts through writing newsletters or social media posts on behalf of Tampereen Vanhemmat. Additionally, we organize member events, coordinate workgroups, and have regular meetings with educational and student welfare authorities. We also aim to promote traffic safety by establishing pedestrian crossing patrols and offer information and resources related to traffic safety events for parental associations.
