TandemCal is a versatile scheduling software that enables organizations to manage their rooms, groups, teams, events, and equipment all in one place. With Tandem, you can ensure that every event is properly scheduled and avoid double-booking. The software provides a centralized calendar that your entire staff can access, keeping everyone on the same page.

It allows your staff to see internal events and send requests. Additionally, your community can view the event calendar, search for specific events, and receive notifications. Tandem offers full conflict checking, alerting you when an event overlaps with another before it is scheduled.

If conflicts arise, account admins can override them and book the event. The software also enables you to create approval workflows, customize them according to your organization's needs, and notify relevant approvers. With Tandem's mobile features, you can easily approve events, update location details, and search for events on the go.

The software also offers comprehensive event search capabilities and various notification options, including SMS and email. Tandem can be seamlessly integrated with your existing IT infrastructure, allowing for secure logins, data extension, and easy user importing. Moreover, Tandem syncs with major digital calendars like Outlook, Google, and Apple iCal, ensuring that event updates are automatically reflected across all platforms.

Setting up Tandem is quick and easy, and the software includes in-app tours and video tutorials to help you get started. Sign up today for a free trial or request a demo to experience the convenience and efficiency of TandemCal
