Tanja Berge

Tanja Berge offers sensitive, individualized support for women living with breast cancer, drawing on her own experience of receiving a cancer diagnosis. Her practice focuses on helping clients regain a sense of safety, self-trust, and confidence while navigating the emotional and practical challenges of illness and treatment. Support is available to women at any stage, with regular online video conversations and, by arrangement, in-person meetings in the Konstanz–Kreuzlingen region.

The process begins with a complimentary clarity conversation to discuss a client’s concerns, establish mutual understanding, and consider whether working together is a good fit. Ongoing accompaniment is offered in packages and tailored to each woman’s needs. Sessions explore personal stressors, fears, thought patterns, and limiting beliefs, while also helping clients cope with symptoms, treatment, and daily demands. Berge describes the work as supporting a personal healing journey toward renewed energy, confidence, and joy in life. Her approach emphasizes the connection between body, mind, and emotions and aims to help clients shift their focus toward trust and well-being.
