About TANTEX
The Telugu Association of North Texas (TANTEX) is a non-profit, non-religious organization established in 1986. Our mission is to preserve and promote the rich cultural heritage of the Telugu-speaking community in North Texas. We strive to foster understanding and unity between Telugu-speaking individuals and the larger community.
TANTEX offers a range of activities and services to fulfill our mission. Our cultural events, such as Telugu Velugu and Sahithya Vedika, showcase the vibrant traditions of our community. We also provide community services through programs like Sukheebhava Maitri and Vanitaa Vedika, where we extend support and care to those in need.
In addition to our cultural and community initiatives, TANTEX also organizes sports events and youth activities to engage and inspire the younger generation. Membership to TANTEX comes with numerous benefits and opportunities to connect with like-minded individuals. Join us in our endeavor to preserve and celebrate Telugu culture in North Texas.
