Internationales tanzmeeting is a digital programme hosted by nrw landesbuero tanz e.V., an organisation based in Cologne, Germany. Created to sustain international exchange in 2026, the series offers online opportunities for dance professionals to connect, share perspectives and discuss current challenges while internationale tanzmesse nrw is not taking place that year. Its activities bring together professionals from North Rhine-Westphalia and across the international dance community.
The programme has two formats. NRW meets... International Dance creates digital encounters focused on international distribution and production, including networks, performing arts markets, platforms, festivals, funding and visibility for emerging artists. Talk & Connect – International Dance Dialogue invites participants to explore topics such as curatorial structures, mobility, touring, partnerships, diversity and accessibility. Sessions may include an expert input or panel discussion, followed by an opportunity for attendees to contribute.
The website provides event dates and registration information, session summaries, news, newsletter subscriptions and an archive of internationale tanzmesse nrw editions from 2012 to 2024.
