Taolu

Škola Čínskeho Wushu is a Chinese martial arts school based in Bratislava, Slovakia, offering training in wushu (kung fu) and Taiji quan. Founded in 2012, the school focuses primarily on children and young people, teaching both modern and traditional wushu. Classes emphasize taolu, the non-contact practice of choreographed forms, progressing from foundational stances and movements to fist routines and weapon forms. Training also includes warm-ups, stretching, strength and agility work, and preparation for competitions.

The school currently offers beginner and advanced youth groups at Gymnázium Jána Papánka on Vazovova Street. While it does not run a separate Taiji quan course at present, individual Chen Taiji quan sessions can be arranged, as can one-to-one wushu training. Its experienced coaches hold wushu, fitness, and judging qualifications, and bring national and international competition and coaching experience. The school’s athletes represent Slovakia at domestic and international events, including European and world championships, and have earned medal placements. The organization is a member of the Slovak Association of Chinese Wushu.
