TaoYin Modena is an amateur sports association based in Modena, Italy, offering activities rooted in Chinese health and martial traditions alongside Western and Eastern psychophysical practices. Its program brings together movement, balance and energy through classes, professional training and seminars for members.
Activities include a wide range of Qi Gong and Dao Yin practices, meditation, Tai Chi, health walking, stick practice and Chinese martial arts. The martial arts program features Xing Yi Quan, Yi Quan, Ba Gua Zhang and San Da Kung Fu, as well as self-defence and anti-bullying courses. Classes are also available for children and young people, older adults, and people with disabilities or motor impairments.
TaoYin Modena’s offerings extend to Traditional Chinese Medicine, including Tuina, Chinese medicine education and a three-year professional training program with specialist courses. Additional activities include energy-based nutrition, complementary techniques, yoga-method gymnastics and exercise for health. The association publishes course schedules and organizes news, events and seminars. Activities are reserved for members, with the option to join on site.
