Based in Vancouver, she combines research in forestry and environmental stewardship with more than 15 years of experience in technology and education to help bring nature into daily life and support wellbeing. Her work includes talks and workshops on nature and health, technostress, and restorative spaces, alongside guided nature sessions for conferences, teams, and health organizations.

Individuals can access brief, audio-guided practices designed to encourage attention restoration and stress reduction; practitioners can purchase facilitator packs to use these practices with clients. For parks departments, land managers, health campuses, and other organizations, Brown conducts on-site therapeutic trail and greenspace assessments, evaluating sensory and acoustic conditions and identifying barriers to restorative experiences.
