Taskey

Taskey is a mobile platform designed to help coaches, educators, therapists and other support professionals keep clients engaged between sessions. It turns guidance and home practice into personalised tasks delivered directly to clients’ phones, supporting continued learning in everyday settings. Professionals can create tasks during a session using photos, video, audio and voice-to-text, then assign activities suited to each client’s goals, preferences and pace.

Tasks can be saved in a reusable digital resource library, organised into sets or courses, and shared with individuals or groups. Push notification reminders help clients stay on track, while video self-modelling can reinforce skills, support retention and encourage independence. Taskey serves a broad range of users, including carers, support workers, coaches, educators, allied health practitioners, therapists, students, clients and people with disabilities or additional needs.

Its purpose is to make follow-up support more structured and accessible, helping professionals share exercises, routines and practical guidance beyond appointments. Taskey is available as an app, with a free option to try
