About Tastetimonials
TASTEtimonials is a unique brand that combines art and food to create unforgettable dining experiences. Founded in May 2020 by Dela Kwami Acolatse, our concept revolves around local and seasonal eating in Ghana and Africa. We utilize locally sourced ingredients to create dishes that integrate African flavor profiles with innovative twists.
Our goal is to bring new value to often-overlooked ingredients and promote a more sustainable and future-proof Ghanaian food system. Dela Kwami Acolatse, our founder, is a culinary entrepreneur, self-taught visual artist, and Computer Science graduate. His style of cooking is modern West African dining, reimagined.
Trained by a diverse group of chefs, both local and international, Dela combines his artistic background with his passion for food, creating unique interpretations of dishes. He sees his paints as ingredients, his palette and brushes as kitchen tools, and his canvas as plates. Over the years, TASTEtimonials has partnered with renowned brands in the food industry, including Gino, Yaka Foods, Goslo, Ghana Food Movement, and FoodofGods.
