Tatie's Phnom Penh is a delightful French bakery founded by three passionate entrepreneurs and friends: Aude, Helene, and Bea. Drawing from their diverse backgrounds and experiences, they have infused the bakery with love, authenticity, and gourmandise, prioritizing quality over quantity in their small-batch creations.
Specializing in French delicacies made with premium ingredients, Tatie's first shop opened in September 2021 in the heart of Phnom Penh, with a second location recently opened near Vattanac Tower. Aude, Helene, and Bea each bring their unique expertise to the table as a cheese maker, baker, and pastry chef, respectively.
