Tauranga Arts Festival is the flagship arts festival in Tauranga and Western Bay of Plenty communities. As a non-profit organization, our mission is to deliver a world-class programme featuring leading artists and performers, providing experiences that expand minds and delight audiences. The festival offers a diverse range of events including music, theatre, comedy, and visual arts, spanning over 10 days.

We also host Escape, a readers and writers weekend with thought-provoking talks, held in alternate years. Our vision is to support the community in becoming vibrant, active, and connected to wider Aotearoa. With growing attendance numbers each year, the festival offers something for everyone, from free community events to ticketed performances.
