TAURUS CLUB BRNO

Taurus Club Brno is a sports club and specialized gym focused on martial arts, combat sports, and fitness. Its facilities include a training area for combat sports, a fully equipped gym, and a range of exercise equipment. The club offers sessions in boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai, alongside fitness activities such as bodyweight training, circuit training, TRX, and kettlebell workouts.

Training is designed for people with different abilities, from complete beginners learning basic technique to those pursuing more individual goals. Classes are available year-round through an online reservation system, and newcomers can discuss their health, schedule, and objectives with a coach to find suitable sessions. The club also provides individual lessons, private gym access, gym rental, and massage and taping services.

Its approach emphasizes safe movement and technique to help reduce the risk of injury, as well as a welcoming training environment. Whether members want to improve fitness, build muscle, lose weight, develop flexibility, or learn practical self-defence skills, Taurus Club aims to adapt training to their needs
