Taurus RNG

Taurus RNG is a Canada-based clean energy company that develops renewable natural gas (RNG) facilities across North America, guiding projects from early concept through full development. Its experienced team brings expertise from more than 50 RNG projects globally and works at the intersection of agriculture and renewable energy to support a more sustainable future.

The company produces RNG by processing existing organic materials, which can include food waste and agricultural organics. Taurus RNG applies proprietary technologies and process expertise to optimize energy output from these varied feedstocks. Its work spans project planning and development, connecting organic waste resources with renewable energy production.

Taurus RNG collaborates with a broad network of partners to bring projects to life, including farmers, Indigenous communities, local governments, utilities, technology partners, and construction companies. Through these partnerships, the company aims to turn organic materials into useful renewable energy while reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Taurus RNG acknowledges that its work takes place on Indigenous lands and can affect Indigenous communities, reflecting the importance of recognizing the lands and peoples connected to its projects.
