Tawny Sterios offers birth support, mindful movement, and community experiences for women and families navigating birth, motherhood, and other life transitions. Drawing on more than a decade of experience as a birth doula, yoga teacher, movement guide, and women’s circle facilitator, Tawny creates grounded spaces that encourage connection with the body and its wisdom.
