Express is a taxi-booking service serving Tobolsk, offering local rides that customers can request through its website, mobile app, or by phone. The service provides several telephone booking lines and maintains an office in the city. Its website also directs customers to contact the team by phone, email, or social media.

Express welcomes drivers seeking flexible work and access to ride requests. Applicants need a roadworthy vehicle and a smartphone with internet access, and can complete an online questionnaire to get started. Drivers use the Taxsee Driver app, available through Google Play and the App Store, to view and request trips. Orders include city and intercity rides, nearby or scheduled trips, and an automatic assignment option. Drivers can choose when to work and plan their own work and rest times.

The service explains that fares reflect factors such as fuel, vehicle maintenance, insurance, operating costs, demand, competition, and local carrier rates. It encourages drivers to provide courteous, quality service and keep their vehicles clean and in good condition.
