Pegas is an online taxi-ordering service serving Shimanovsk, in Russia’s Amur Region. It helps customers request rides through its website, mobile application, or the service’s telephone number, and provides information about the progress of an order. The website presents ordering as a quick, convenient process, with an online form and an app designed for placing requests in a few taps. Pegas also promotes competitive prices and aims to arrange driver pickup within minutes.

The service connects customers with independent partners who provide passenger transportation and may also handle delivery of goods or loading and unloading work. Pegas itself is not a transport company and does not directly provide these services; it receives, processes, and forwards customer requests to partners. Drivers can use the site to learn about working with the service and submit an application. Pegas lists an office at 46 Vostochnaya Street in Shimanovsk, open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Its privacy policy explains how customer information is handled when orders are placed.
