The TB Europe Coalition (TBEC) is a regional advocacy network comprised of civil society organizations and individuals from across the WHO Europe region. Established in 2009 and officially registered in 2017, TBEC aims to strengthen the role of civil society in the regional response to tuberculosis (TB) and secure political and financial commitments to end the disease. With a focus on empowering civil society organizations and activists at the national level, TBEC also coordinates evidence-based TB policy advocacy at the regional and international levels.

The coalition is driven by a vision of a world free of TB and adopts a human rights-based approach to prioritize the dignity and autonomy of all people affected by TB. TBEC values equality, social justice, independence, transparency, and accountability. With over 160 members in 35 countries, TBEC is recognized as the voice of TB-interested civil society in the WHO Europe Region.

The coalition works to address the urgent need to combat TB, which remains low on the global political agenda despite its status as the world's leading infectious killer. TBEC's activities are funded by international and regional grants, allowing them to carry out important projects aimed at enhancing the capacity and capability of European civil society to drive a person-centered TB response. Membership in TBEC is open and free of charge to individuals and civil society organizations working to end the TB epidemic within the WHO Europe Region
