TC Gitterli

Tennisclub Gitterli is a welcoming, family-oriented tennis club in a central location in Liestal, in Switzerland’s Basel-Landschaft region. It invites players of all ages and experience levels to enjoy tennis and take part in club life. Members and visitors can play on two all-weather sand courts, which are designed to be gentle on the joints and are playable outdoors for almost the entire year. A floodlighting system, upgraded to LED, supports play when natural light is limited.

The club offers opportunities for children through kids’ tennis, as well as training groups and access to a ball machine. Its programme includes club championships, interclub competition and social events, bringing players together both on and off the court. In 2026, the club plans to field three interclub teams in the men’s active and senior 35+ and 65+ categories, all in the second league. Tennisclub Gitterli also shares club information, schedules and membership details, making it easy for prospective players to learn about joining and participating.
