Total Community Action, Inc. (TCA) is a dedicated non-profit community-based agency that has been serving the needs of the disadvantaged since 1964. Committed to breaking the cycle of poverty, TCA offers a wide range of services aimed at addressing the social and economic conditions that perpetuate poverty.
