TCAN, the Toronto Climate Action Network, is a collaborative network of diverse organizations working to address the urgent challenges of climate change in the Toronto area. Our mission is to foster collaboration, resilience, and justice in the fight against climate breakdown. At TCAN, we believe in the power of collective action and coordination.

Our network provides a platform for climate action groups to come together, share resources, and work towards common goals. We offer a range of opportunities for individuals and organizations to get involved, including volunteering, attending events, and accessing valuable resources. Our Steering Committee, elected annually, plays a crucial role in guiding TCAN's initiatives and ensuring effective decision-making.

Comprised of dedicated members from various organizations, the committee drives our collaborative efforts forward. TCAN's journey began with a roundtable in January 2012, followed by a summit in August of the same year. Since then, we have grown steadily and established ourselves as a vital network for climate action in Toronto.
