TC Delfzijl

Tennisclub Delfzijl (TCD) is a community tennis club based at Burgemeester Boeremalaan 7 in Delfzijl, the Netherlands. It welcomes senior and junior players and provides opportunities to play tennis, take part in club activities, and connect with other members. The club’s facilities include outdoor courts and a clubhouse, supported by volunteers and a maintenance team who prepare the courts for the playing season.

TCD organizes tennis activities throughout the year, including seasonal opening events, club tournaments, and participation in spring competition. Its annual Eemsdelta Open features multiple age groups and playing categories, including singles, doubles, mixed doubles, youth, and players aged 65 and over. The club also offers access to tennis training and a “Get Acquainted with Tennis” program; interested players can contact the membership administration for details.

Beyond court activities, members can join social events such as barbecues, bingo, and live music. TCD shares news, event information, membership details, and sponsorship opportunities through its website and Facebook page, and invites people of different experience levels to participate in selected activities.
