TCES provides software and consultancy solutions for community equipment services, drawing on experience transforming the sector since 1996. Its TCES Community platform helps healthcare teams manage the journey from equipment order through delivery, collection and repair. Clinicians can search for service users, select locations and order from equipment providers or peripheral stores, with configurable, five-tier authorisation to support oversight and budget control.

The platform includes a Smart Catalogue combining standard and recycled equipment, mobile working tools, communication features and management reporting with more than 80 reports powered by Microsoft Power BI. Its mobile-responsive system and dedicated app support field-based ordering, messaging, task scheduling, tracking and document scanning. Pro-Cloud integrates with TCES Community to manage stock, delivery routes and order fulfilment, providing visibility across the logistics process.

TCES also offers business consultancy, including planning, process reviews, project management and implementation support. Customers receive ongoing software assistance through telephone support and a helpdesk, with on-site support included in new contracts.
