TCF Norway is an ideal organization registered in Norway with the goal of improving access to quality education for the 23 million Pakistani children who are currently out of school. They collaborate with The Citizens Foundation (TCF) in Pakistan, one of the world's leading nonprofit organizations in education for underprivileged children. TCF Norway's strategy is built upon three key pillars that enable them to help Pakistani children gain access to the education they deserve.

Firstly, they conduct fundraising campaigns and activities to support their school, TCF Norway Viking Campus. Funds collected in Norway also go towards other educational programs in Pakistan, with a focus on breaking barriers for women and children. Secondly, TCF Norway advocates for evidence-based allocation of funds towards the most educationally underserved communities in Pakistan.

They maintain strategic relationships with NORAD and other Norwegian government bodies to ensure that progress and ongoing efforts by The Citizens Foundation are well-informed. Lastly, TCF Norway offers volunteer opportunities in Norway to improve the organizational performance, strategic direction, and impact of TCF Norway. Volunteers also have the unique opportunity to visit Pakistan and gain hands-on experience within the schools built by TCF.
