TCP Healthcare, also known as The C.A.R.E Professionals, provides expert clinical care, education and support for older people and those who care for them at home or in aged care facilities. Founded by Brian Tait, a nurse practitioner with more than 20 years of nursing experience and a specialist background in wound management, the organisation offers clinical consultancy, education, home care and complex case management.
