TC Venn is a family-friendly tennis club based in Mönchengladbach, Germany. With around 350 active members, it is the city’s third-largest tennis club and ranks fifth in the Mönchengladbach tennis district. The club is affiliated with the German Tennis Federation and the Lower Rhine Tennis Association.
Its facilities at Venner Straße 215 include six tennis courts and a clubhouse, which the club manages and operates itself. TC Venn emphasizes an inclusive, family-oriented atmosphere and keeps membership fees low. It offers opportunities for players of different ages and experience levels, supported by a substantial youth program. Young players receive sporting guidance from Walter Abrahams’ tennis school.
For the current season, the club fields nine senior teams and three youth teams, including women’s, men’s, and junior squads across several age groups. Members and visitors can also find information about club events, match schedules, fixtures, team reports, training, membership, and club activities. The seven-member board is elected, and all board members serve on a voluntary basis.
