About The Distillery Co Fiji
The Distillery Co Fiji is a family-owned business rooted in the 19th century. Our ancestor arrived in Fiji in 1860 to document the country's diverse flora and fell in love with it. We are dedicated craft distillers who proudly showcase Fiji's natural beauty, botanicals, and water.
Our commitment is to use Fijian ingredients whenever possible, ensuring that our products truly embody the spirit of Fiji. We painstakingly create our own neutral spirit from scratch and draw inspiration from the abundant natural flavors found in Fiji to craft our gin. Our production process is meticulous and time-consuming, but it gives us complete control over our output, from grass to glass.
