TDS Suspension

TDS Suspension specializes in custom suspension solutions for racers, side-by-side drivers, and other vehicle owners seeking a ride tailored to their needs. The company helps customers move beyond stock setups by tuning suspension components to specific driver and vehicle requirements, with the aim of improving ride quality, consistency, and performance.

Its services include building custom shocks to requested specifications and revalving original shocks to suit a driver’s needs. Revalving can involve replacing worn components and refreshing the suspension oil. TDS Suspension also assesses the overall ride to develop spring setups, rates springs to verify their labeled specifications, and uses dyno testing to measure shock damping forces during compression and rebound. For racers, track consulting provides guidance on tuning a car to its specifications for optimal performance.

The company also shares instructions for shipping shocks safely and offers free estimates. TDS Suspension says its team has more than 20 years of experience and invites customers to ask questions about the best setup for their rig.
