Teachers' Fund is a retirement supplement scheme established by a Trust Deed in May 1998 for the Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT). In addition to loan facilities, Teachers' Fund offers member benefits such as contributions, which are invested on behalf of the member; group solidarity packages in the event of death or permanent disability; and an exit package comprising a lump sum from the Fund on retirement, which includes total contributions and accumulated interest over the years.
